Hi, I’m Alix
(they/them)
I want the world to be more accessible and inclusive for everyone. As a deaf and queer creative, i understand the barriers that people can face, and the importance of making sure everybody can be included.
Since 2021 I have worked to create accessible training and content, that helping freelancers, production teams, and broadcasters inprove their confidence, adopt more inclusive practices, and develop positive attitudes to change.
I love breaking down complex concepts into practical, actionable steps. As a Learning designer, I deliver bespoke learning experiences, work as an Access Coordinator, and share insights by Speaking at industry events. my goal is always the same: creating a more inclusive place to live and work.
